Here at Il Forno, traditional Southern Italian cuisine is at the core of our love for food. High-quality, fresh ingredients are the foundation for all our dishes.

Start your meal with delicious bruschetta, fried calamari or our irresistible veal and chicken meatballs. You can then choose from our homemade pasta dishes. Indulge in our traditional Southern Italian style lasagna or our rich pork belly ragu. If you love pizza, you won't be disappointed. We use a less refined flour with wheat germ, preserving more natural flavour and nutrients. Our dough is highly hydrated 75% creating a lighter texture and an airy perfectly structured crust. Each dough is slowly fermented for 96-120 hours allowing better digestion and a deeper flavour. The result is a pizza that is lighter, more digestible and full of character. Our dough is worked by hand and shovel. We then cook our pizzas to perfection in an imported Moretti stone oven.

Aside from our regular menu, we also offer a variety of new, exciting dishes monthly. Whether you're after char grilled Porterhouse steak or beautifully prepared fresh fish, we've got a dish to suit every taste.
